On Sunday, 5th October 2025, Light Academy Nursery & Primary School joined the rest of the world in celebrating World Teachers’ Day — a day dedicated to appreciating the dedication, passion, and commitment of our teachers.

The celebration was filled with joy, gratitude, and inspiration as pupils, school administrators, and fellow staff came together to honor the men and women who shape the minds and futures of our learners. The event featured heartfelt speeches, songs, poems, and special presentations from pupils expressing their love and appreciation for their teachers.

In his remarks, the Principal commended the teaching staff for their tireless efforts in nurturing excellence both inside and outside the classroom. He emphasized that teachers are the backbone of the school’s success, guiding learners not only academically but also in character and values.

The day concluded with a staff luncheon and moments of celebration, where teachers enjoyed time together, shared experiences, and reflected on the important role they play in transforming lives through education.
