Procedure of Enrollment

Application
All applications are required to be made in writing on the school’s prescribed application forms. Applications are only processed if all required documentation is attached, and the full, prescribed application forms are completed, as well as the required documents submitted, and the fees are paid to either the School Finance/ Admission’s Dean.

Entrance Assessment/Scholarship
All Primary School applicants will be assessed by a brief Evaluation Test. Learners will be assessed in the core subjects of English and Mathematics.

1. COMPLETED ONLINE APPLICATION FORM AND DOWNLOADED APPLICATION REGISTRATION FORM
2. 2 X ID PHOTOS OF THE LEARNER
3. A CERTIFIED COPY OF THE LEARNER’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE (INCLUDING PARENTS DETAILS) or proof of application thereof.
4. LATEST OFFICIAL SCHOOL REPORT FROM PREVIOUS SCHOOL
5. TRANSFER CARD to be submitted to the school office on the first school day.
6. CERTIFIED COPIES OF BOTH PARENTS’ ID DOCUMENTS AND/OR PASSPORTS.
7. CERTIFIED COPY OF THE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE/DIVORCE DECREE/DEATH CERTIFICATE.
8. CLINIC CARD OF LEARNER
9. PROOF OF RESIDENCE FOR BOTH PARENT AND LEARNER
10. PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT FOR BOTH PARENTS AND ACCOUNT PAYER
11. PROOF OF BANK ACCOUNT FOR ACCOUNT PAYER (WITH OFFICIAL BANK STAMP)

Interview
An interview is conducted with both parent/guardian and Learner. Dates for the interviews will be confirmed by the school’s superintendent via an invitation in January of the following year.

Placement
Placement is confirmed by the school after the interview, and the registration fee is required to be paid to secure the placement at the school.
