At Light Academy Nursery and Primary School, we recently carried out a meaningful Tree Planting Activity as part of our commitment to environmental conservation and sustainability.

We came together as pupils, teachers, and staff to plant a variety of trees within our school compound. Through this activity, we aimed to instill a sense of responsibility in our learners towards protecting and preserving the environment.

As we planted the trees, our pupils gained hands-on experience and learned the importance of trees in improving air quality, providing shade, and supporting biodiversity. It was also a great opportunity for us to build teamwork, leadership, and practical life skills.

We remain committed to organizing such initiatives as part of our holistic approach to education—nurturing not only academically strong learners but also responsible and environmentally conscious citizens.
