Welcome back!

Term II opens with joy and excitement The gates of Light Academy Nursery & Primary School swung open this morning to the sound of laughter, reunions, and the wonderful energy that only a first day of school can bring.

Today we welcomed back our learners for the start of a brand-new term. The school was alive with colour, warmth, and that unmistakable first-day buzz that reminds us all why we love what we do.

True to our motto, a different approach to education, we kicked off the term not with the ordinary, but with the extraordinary. Teachers greeted every child by name. Classrooms were freshly arranged and ready. The air carried the promise of everything this term holds. Parents and guardians dropped off their little ones with hugs and encouraging words. Some learners bounced in bursting with stories from the holidays; others arrived quietly, taking it all in — and every single one of them was met with open arms and a warm welcome.

It is always a special sight to watch our school come back to life. The corridors fill with voices, the classrooms hum with curiosity, and the whole community comes together again. That feeling never gets old. This term, we are excited about all that lies ahead — new lessons, new milestones, new friendships, and new opportunities for every learner to grow into the very best version of themselves. That is what Light Academy Nursery and Primary School is about.
