Learners from Light Academy Nursery and Primary School proudly represented the school in two major events this week — the Greenhill Swimming Gala and the Chess Competition hosted under Kingsway Primary School. Our young competitors showcased impressive talent, focus, and determination across both sports.

At the swimming gala, LANPS pupils put on an outstanding performance, competing against several leading schools and demonstrating strong technique and teamwork. In the chess tournament, our learners showed exceptional strategic thinking and composure, earning respect from fellow competitors and coaches.

Their combined efforts across both events resulted in three well-deserved medals, marking an exciting achievement for the school. Teachers and coaches praised the pupils for their sportsmanship, courage, and the discipline they displayed throughout the competitions.
